About Mindfulness 

Mindfulness is;

  • Training to pay attention to the experience as it happens 
  • A well researched method of working with our own well - being and assisting us in maintaining this.
  • A way of enhancing performance and well-being.
  • Recommended by the National Institue of Clinical Excellence 
  • Mindfulness and being in the moment is now developing in to elite sports. 

I have successfully completed Mindfulness training courses with Bangor University, University College London and Mindfulness in Schools Project .B (dot B) and Foundations Course.

I am now delivering the Mindfulness in Schools Project Foundations Course to staff in both primary and secondary school settings.
